Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure all pending orders and disputes are resolved before submitting a request.

You have the right to delete your Paborder account and request removal of your personal data at any time. This page explains the process, what data is removed, and what may be retained.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Resolve pending activity. Ensure there are no active orders, open refund requests, or unresolved disputes on your account.
  2. Submit your request. Email cava@paborder.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", including your registered email address and business name.
  3. Identity verification. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
  4. Confirmation. Once verified, your account will be deactivated and data deletion processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

What Gets Deleted

Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account profile — name, email, phone number, and business details.
  • Saved addresses and payment method references.
  • Account preferences and settings.
  • Messages sent through the platform's support channels.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Transaction records — order history and payment records retained for financial and regulatory compliance.
  • Dispute records — records related to previously resolved disputes may be kept for legal purposes.
  • Fraud prevention data — certain anonymised data may be retained to protect platform integrity.

Retained data will not be used for marketing and will be deleted once the applicable retention period expires.

Alternatives to Deletion

If you'd prefer to take a break without permanently deleting your account, you may request a temporary deactivation instead. Contact us at cava@paborder.com to discuss your options.
